Speaker: Dr. Najeeb Al-Shorbaji
Dr. Najeeb Al-Shorbaji holds a Ph.D. degree in Information Science from the United Kingdom and has accumulated over 35 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions in various non-profit organizations and educational institutes. Most recently, he served as the Director of Knowledge Management and Research Ethics at the World Health Organization's headquarters in Geneva. With a remarkable publication record, Dr. Al-Shorbaji has authored more than 225 research papers in esteemed peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and other scientific presentations. He has also been an active participant in over 215 scientific conferences, spanning national, regional, and international platforms. Presently, Dr. Al-Shorbaji fulfills roles as a part-time lecturer and researcher at the Medical Informatics Institute of the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany and as a visiting professor at Ain Shams University in Egypt.
